Advantages of Krill Oil over Fish Oil as a source of Omega 3

Krill Oil can be absorbed up to 60% more efficiently than fish oil. This means that fewer capsules may be necessary.

The only disadvantage of Krill oil is that the manufacturing process is more expensive and thus the final product usually more expensive than fish oil.
